We spend too much time focused on survival and completing tasks to reflect on life's biggest and most important questions. In a goal-oriented and time-obsessed society, giving yourself the gift of reiki or spiritual coaching is to give yourself the opportunity to learn who You are. Reiki places your body in a timeless and stressless state, allowing your cells to repair and heal, and aligning your energy centers so you can feel, speak, act, and think from a place of authenticity.
In truth, you are the creator of your story. You decide where to focus your attention and consciously choose what has heart and meaning. I am here to support you on your journey of living the life you want to live. With reiki, we will energetically bring forth what needs to heal. With spiritual coaching or intuitive psychic readings, we will bring forth the opportunities for you to choose and act as your authentic Self. As a clinically trained reiki healer and certified Core Transformation coach, I serve to empower people and gently hold space for the transformative moments that surely come with doing the soul's work.

I offer a unique style of reiki and energy healing based on intuitive guidance and your specific needs. I also may incorporate Cherokee bodywork, gentle massage, and narrative medicine in your healing session. After, I will communicate any messages I received during your healing to you and use tarot and oracle cards for additional clarity.
PSYCHIC THERAPY
Are you ready for therapy that actually works? These sessions are Spirit-led and combine what I've learned from being a clinical psychotherapist with spiritual modalities. I connect with your Highest Self so your inner wisdom directs the healing from the very beginning. Core Transformation is a powerful type of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) that accesses the help of your subconscious mind for transformative healing. It is gentle, effective, and does not require reliving trauma or putting effort into change. I am a certified CT coach with over 200 hours of experience.
